1 What is this Privacy Policy?

(a) The Burraga Foundation (ABN 15 610 913 114) of Suite 207, 46 Kippax Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 (we, us and our) operate websites at www.burraga.org, mgoals.com.au and storylines.com.au, as well as mobile applications linking to these websites (together, our Website) which features information regarding our company, projects, applications, solutions and services which we have or are developing to help engage individuals in lifelong learning.

(b) This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information we collect from you when you use our Website.

(c) We may modify or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will display a notice on our Website indicating when any such revisions have been made. This Privacy Policy was last updated on 10/10/2018.

2 What is personal information?

(a) We may collect personal information from you when you use our Website’s “subscribe” pages to sign up to get emails or newsletters, request a demonstration, email us for support or information using our support and contact pages and otherwise contact us by any method, such as telephone, email, post, facsimile or in person. From these pages, we may collect personal details such as your name, email address or phone number in order to receive a reply.
